Blaydon Bathrooms – Barcelona Long Weekend Holiday Competition

Terms and Conditions

1. Promoter

The promoter of this competition is Blaydon Bathrooms.

2. Eligibility

  1. The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over.
  2. Employees of Blaydon Bathrooms, their immediate family members, agents, or anyone professionally connected with the competition are not eligible to enter.
  3. The winner and their travel companion must both hold valid passports and be eligible to travel to Spain.

3. Competition Period

  1. The competition opens on 10th June 2026 and closes at 11:59pm on 31st August 2026.
  2. Entries received after the closing date will not be accepted.

4. How to Enter

  1. To enter, participants must Like and Follow the page and comment who they would like to take on holiday. For those already following, please like the post and Comment who you would like to take on holiday.
  2. Only one entry per person unless otherwise stated.
  3. No purchase is necessary.

5. Prize

  1. There will be one (1) winner.
  2. The winner will receive:
    • A long weekend holiday to Barcelona, Spain for two (2) people.
    • Return economy flights from a UK airport selected by the Promoter.
    • Three (3) to Five (5) nights' accommodation in a hotel selected by Blaydon Bathrooms. (Depending on dates and flights)
    • Airport lounge access for two (2) people at the UK departure airport.
    • £300 spending money provided in GBP via bank transfer, prepaid card, or alternative method determined by Blaydon Bathrooms
  4. The total prize value will vary depending on travel dates and availability.

6. Prize Conditions

  1. The holiday must be booked and taken within 12 months of the winner being notified unless otherwise agreed by the Promoter.
  2. Travel dates are subject to availability and may be restricted during peak periods, school holidays, public holidays, and major events.
  3. The winner and travel companion must travel together on the same itinerary.
  4. The prize does not include:
    • Travel insurance;
    • Transfers to and from UK airports;
    • Additional spending money;
    • Meals, drinks, excursions, or personal expenses unless specifically stated.
  6. The winner is responsible for ensuring that they and their companion have valid passports, travel documentation, visas (if applicable), and any required travel authorisations.
  7. The Promoter accepts no responsibility if the winner or companion is unable to travel due to failure to obtain appropriate documentation.

7. Winner Selection and Notification

  1. The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the competition period.
  2. The draw will take place within 14 days of the closing date.
  3. The winner will be contacted using the contact details provided at entry.
  4. If the winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within 14 days, or is unable to accept the prize, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

8. Publicity

  1. By entering the competition, participants agree that the Promoter may use the winner's first name, surname initial, and general location for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
  2. The winner may be asked to participate in reasonable publicity relating to the competition.

9. Data Protection

  1. Personal information supplied during the competition will be used solely for administering the competition and awarding the prize.
  2. Personal data will be handled in accordance with applicable UK data protection legislation.

10. General

  1. The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative will be offered.
  2. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of equal or greater value should circumstances beyond its control make this necessary.
  3. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entrants and to disqualify any entrant who breaches these terms and conditions or acts fraudulently.
  4. The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the competition where necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
  5. The Promoter's decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
  6. The competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with any social media platform on which it may be promoted.
  7. These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
